During the manufacturing process of the mould, every component of the mould undergoes several tests. Ultra modern 3D measurement equipments are used for this purpose. Our final control contains a defined logged test routine. All our moulds undergo a 100% leak check at 10 bar pressure.

For injection moulds, a casting out of wax is produced for visual inspection.
