Ideal for perfect mould repairing

Laser welding is done manually with a pulsed laser. The piece is positioned under a microscope. The choice of the material to be welded (alloy and diameter) is made according to the need and the function of the work piece.

The main advantage of laser welding is that little heat is generated. With very short and relatively spaced pulses, the heat zone remains very small. Thus, the piece does not undergo micro structural changes and does not deform. The correction level is significantly reduced.
