Our expertise spans from product development and 3D design to multi-cavity molds and technical components. From cosmetic bottles and oil containers to industrial canisters, we can easily manufacture tools for products with volumes of up to 200 liters.
Whether producing prototypes, single- or two-component molds, rotary tools, or interchangeable inserts, we manufacture—including with MoldFlow support—for a guaranteed output of up to 1 million shots.

End-to-End 3D Technology for Error-Free Tool Development and Design
We support our customers from the planning phase onward. In close collaboration with them, we create 3D product models and 3D tool designs.
We provide comprehensive technical consultation as well as fast and cost-effective development. Upon request, we can also produce the corresponding prototypes.
Our specialized data handling allows us to process all common customer data formats.
We operate within a fully integrated digital workflow, spanning from design and simulation to production. This enables a seamless workflow and prevents conversion errors. The integration of PLM, CAD, CAE, and CAM facilitates collaboration across all departments.
All Components Optimally Sampled
The sampling of prototype and series tools is carried out at a high technical and professional level, directly in-house at POLY-TOOLS. Customers are welcome to observe the sampling process in person. Inspection specifications, procedures, and effort are carried out according to customer requirements and in close coordination.
The sampling process includes:
- A filling study to determine the sealing point
- Subsequent part production by skilled workers with many years of experience
The molded part samples are first visually inspected. They are then measured, scanned, or CT-scanned according to the part drawings and customer requirements. The results are evaluated, followed by a final review with the customer. If approved, the tool is either delivered to the customer or retained in-house for part production.

- We offer a complete pick-up and delivery service to optimize logistics for our customers. This ensures fast and reliable transportation to and from our company, keeping all processes efficient and on schedule
- Using Zeiss/GOM optical 3D measurement technology, we guarantee the highest precision and quality in manufacturing. At the same time, we can feed the data back into the design process to build accurate data models
- For the repair, maintenance, and servicing of tools, we provide laser welding as a professional service
- Our in-house task force supports customers in optimizing and maintaining their value chain. With our expertise in process optimization, we actively contribute to increased productivity. Examples include cycle time improvements, training, and scrap reduction. We identify key factors and implement targeted measures for improvement
